RBC has halted access personal AI agents from using its online banking and additional services due to potential risks. The move follows reports of unvetted AI agents infiltrating U.S. bank accounts and alerts from BMO's CEO about potential risks for Canadians who share banking passwords with AI agents. The restrictions come amid growing concerns over the threats posed by third-party AI agents.
